1. Sample distribution

(I) Customer needs

1. Customers send us the technical requirements and technical indicators of the product for coordination.

2. We will make the corresponding sample products according to the technical requirements.

3. After the sample products are made, our company will send them to the customer for trial. (our company is generally responsible for the sample shipping fee, but for special places far away, both parties will negotiate)

4. The quantity of trial sample products sent by our company is generally less than 3kg. If the trial quantity exceeds 3kg, the customer needs to pay part of the sample product fee.

(II) Sample confirmation

1. After the customer uses it, if there are any rectification opinions on the sample, our company will actively cooperate with the rectification and resend the sample.

2. After the customer tries the sample product and it is qualified, we and the customer will seal the sample to determine the sample product.

3. We will confirm the qualified sample The product is quoted (our quotation already includes tax), and the product freight is calculated according to the customer's order quantity (if the domestic purchase cost reaches 6,000 yuan, we will bear the freight, international transportation costs are negotiated separately). After the customer confirms the unit price, the two parties sign a cooperation agreement.

4. After the cooperation agreement is signed, the customer pays the product deposit as required, and our company will organize production and delivery according to the agreed delivery date.

5. Before the product is shipped, the customer can organize the inspection and pay the balance, and our company will organize the delivery.

(III) Confirmation of receipt

1. The customer raises an objection to the product within seven days after receipt. If no objection is raised within seven days, the customer confirms receipt.

2. During the use, if the customer has any objection to the use of the product, we will actively deal with it, including technical guidance, technical after-sales, etc.
